What Information I Collect
Account Data: Your name, email address, and profile picture (via Facebook/Google Login) for identity management.
Career Data: Your uploaded resume, work history, and education.
Psychometric Data: Your responses to the Interest, Value, and Style assessments.
How Your Data is Used
To Generate Matches: The algorithms process your inputs to find your Occupational Archetype and career fit.
For Research: Anonymized, aggregated data (e.g., "50% of users are Visionaries") is used to validate and improve the scoring logic.
Who Sees Your Data
Me (The Developer): I have access to the database for maintenance and debugging.
Trusted Infrastructure: Data is encrypted and stored on Google Firebase (Google Cloud Platform). They provide the secure hosting infrastructure but do not access your data for advertising purposes.
Zero-Sale Guarantee: I do not sell, rent, or share your personal contact information or resume with recruiters, marketing agencies, or third-party companies.
Data Security
Your data is stored in a secure cloud database. While no online service is 100% hacker-proof, I use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) and security practices to protect your information.
Age Requirement
This research pilot is intended strictly for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we discover that a child has provided us with personal information, we will delete such information from our servers immediately.
Your Rights (Delete My Data)
This is your data. If you want to leave the pilot program, you can request full deletion of your account and resume at any time.
